Senior Payment Integrity Lead
Job Summary
To enhance operational excellence and carrier satisfaction, the full-time Senior Payment Integrity Lead will manage strategic carrier relationships, oversee payment operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Attend monthly Business Review and Carrier meetings to provide analytical insights and lead data-driven discussions
- Facilitate feedback loops to understand carrier needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of carrier issues while championing a high-quality experience across all interactions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5 - 10+ years of experience in payment integrity operations, financial operations, or quality management
- Payor/Carrier experience is required
- Experience managing external partners or vendors preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and drive decisions
