Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in high-growth operations, strategy, or healthcare management
• Proven ability to drive alignment across departments and manage senior leadership interactions
• Understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem
• Ability to build processes in ambiguous situations and adapt to shifting company needs
• Comfortable presenting high-level strategies and executing tactical daily work
