Senior Payment Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Managing payment operations processes, the full-time Senior Payment Operations Specialist will ensure timely and accurate execution of payments, compliance with service level agreements, and collaboration with Product and Technology teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and ensure all payment processing meets established SLAs for timeliness and accuracy
• Triage and resolve payment exceptions, including items in manual review queues
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of payment accounts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payment operations, financial services, or healthcare claims/insurance operations
• Ability to translate operational pain points into clear requirements for Product and Technology teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and large dataset management
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency
