Senior Payment Reconciliation Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the daily reconciliation of payment transactions, the full-time Senior Payment Reconciliation Analyst will research and resolve exceptions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements in a remote-eligible role.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of payment transactions across various payment products, ensuring accurate fund recording
• Research and resolve exception items in collaboration with Payment Operations, Product, and Engineering teams
• Document and recommend improvements for reconciliation procedures as payment products and systems evolve

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in payment reconciliation or financial operations in a high-volume transaction environment
• Deep understanding of end-to-end payment processing and payment lifecycles
• Hands-on experience with reconciliation tools and proficiency in Excel and SQL or data tools
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance research and automate workflows
