Job Summary
To enhance payment adoption and transaction volume for existing clients, the full-time remote Senior Payments Adoption Specialist will partner with customers to analyze payment workflows, identify expansion opportunities, and position integrated payment solutions as a strategic advantage.
Key responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers to set up their payment accounts and ensure they begin processing payments effectively
- Analyze client payment trends to recommend strategies for improving transaction volume and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer payment solutions and manage sales activities in CRM
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience with a proven sales track record
- 2+ years of experience in the payments industry or strong knowledge of payment processing
- Experience in consultative sales and expanding existing customer accounts
- Strong analytical skills to leverage client metrics for account growth strategies
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing accounts and sales activities
