Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a modern payments application, collaborating closely with the Head of Payments Engineering
• Manage and mentor engineering and DevOps teams to deliver scalable and reliable payment solutions
• Drive architecture and development for both fiat and blockchain-based payment systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in payments engineering, covering traditional finance and digital assets
• Proven experience managing senior engineering teams and building high-throughput transaction systems
• Deep expertise in microservices architectures and event-driven systems
• Proficient in backend languages such as Java, Go, or Python, and frameworks like Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of cloud-native systems on AWS and/or GCP
