Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of payment account capabilities, the full-time Senior Payments Platform Manager will shape product vision and manage cross-functional initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own payments requirements and logical account structures in collaboration with Trust, Guest & Host, and Compliance teams
• Partner on account receivables initiatives to enhance user experience and operational clarity
• Evaluate account-related user data to understand payment activity and manage compliance information effectively

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management for payment platforms or fintech products
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise or B2B2C products in large marketplaces
• Experience managing API-based products and engaging with engineering teams
• Ability to define product strategy and align cross-functional partners around priorities
• Strong partnership-building skills with operations, compliance, finance, and legal teams
