Senior Payments Software Engineer I
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Payments Software Engineer I.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scale core card issuance programs, including physical cards, in-store payments, in-app virtual card issuance, and direct merchant integrations
- Collaborate with teams to deliver payment product solutions and explore AI-driven business processes
- Integrate with new or existing issuing partners to improve system resiliency
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in microservices and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency in C# and .Net or similar languages and frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, such as Azure Service Bus and Azure Kubernetes Service
- Experience with designing and profiling append-only/relational databases
- Prior experience in the payments/financial industry, especially with card network schemes, is highly preferred
