Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Payment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve high-priority discrepancies
• Handle escalated chargeback disputes and adjustment requests with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to resolve critical issues and contribute to process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of banking operations, payment processing workflows, and accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis tools
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities while leading or supporting projects
• Typically requires 4-6 years of related experience in banking, payment processing, or accounting
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred
