Senior Payor Contracting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Payor Contracting Analyst - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Plans and leads payor contracting analytics and mentors junior analysts
• Develops strategic reporting on contracting performance trends and creates complex contract models
• Analyzes statistics and financial reports to support payor negotiations and monitors performance-based contracts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a quantitative field; MBA/MHA is a plus
• 5-7 years of experience in managed care and value-based care
• Strong understanding of reimbursement methodologies and performance metrics
• Exceptional statistical and analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
• Working knowledge of clinical medical management, coding, billing, and claims processing
