Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post payroll journal entries, ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Reconcile payroll data across multiple systems to maintain financial accuracy
• Lead payroll-related audit activities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of payroll accounting experience
• Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles and GAAP compliance
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems such as Workday and ADP
• Advanced Excel skills, including data reconciliation techniques
