Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary calculations and tax withholdings
- Create and maintain payroll accounting records, perform reconciliations, and prepare payroll-related journal entries
- Manage payroll audits, apply internal controls, and coordinate with internal teams and external payroll providers
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting and Payroll
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll compliance requirements
- Knowledge of labor law, tax regulations, and internal controls in payroll accounting
- Experience with payroll software and ERP payroll modules, including 1C and MS Business Central
