Senior Payroll Accountant

Job Summary

To support payroll operations for a growing international workforce, the remote Senior Payroll Accountant will manage payroll calculations, coordinate with external providers, and ensure the accuracy of personnel-related expenses across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate payroll and personnel-related expenses for assigned entities
• Coordinate payroll-related activities and manage communication with external payroll providers
• Perform payroll-related account reconciliations and support month-end closing activities

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of accounting experience with significant exposure to payroll accounting
• Strong understanding of payroll accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Experience working with external payroll providers and supporting payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions
• Familiarity with payroll requirements in the UAE and UK is an advantage
• Proven ability to establish and improve processes in a fast-growing environment
