Job Summary

Senior Payroll Accountant, CPP is a full-time remote position responsible for ensuring payroll compliance, providing expert analysis on payroll matters, and managing complex general ledger accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and oversee tax filings and reconciliations
• Provide payroll subject matter expertise and collaborate with various departments on payroll-related projects
• Manage financial reporting, journal entries, and support audit activities while identifying process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a senior payroll accountant role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll legislative regulations
• Experience with payroll and accounting software systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
