Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to lead and manage payroll operations for its workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multi-state, semi-monthly payroll processing and manage day-to-day payroll operations
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and handle year-end tax reporting
  • Prepare payroll reports, assist with audits, and maintain proper documentation and payroll records
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience with a strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance
  • Extensive experience with large HRIS/Payroll systems, preferably UKG Pro
  • Ability to align payroll data with accounting systems and manage sensitive employee data discreetly
  • Experience working collaboratively with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll accuracy
  • Global payroll experience is a plus
