Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to lead and manage payroll operations for its workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multi-state, semi-monthly payroll processing and manage lifecycle changes
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and manage year-end tax reporting
  • Maintain and optimize payroll systems, collaborating with HR and IT for system upgrades
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience, with global payroll experience preferred
  • Extensive experience with major HRIS/Payroll systems, preferably UKG Pro
  • Strong financial literacy to align payroll data with accounting systems
  • Proven ability to work effectively with HR, Finance, and external vendors
  • Experience in addressing employee payroll inquiries and implementing process improvements
