Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to lead and manage payroll operations for its workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-state, semi-monthly payroll processing and manage lifecycle changes
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and manage year-end tax reporting
- Maintain and optimize payroll systems, collaborating with HR and IT for system upgrades
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience, with global payroll experience preferred
- Extensive experience with major HRIS/Payroll systems, preferably UKG Pro
- Strong financial literacy to align payroll data with accounting systems
- Proven ability to work effectively with HR, Finance, and external vendors
- Experience in addressing employee payroll inquiries and implementing process improvements
