Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end payroll process, the full-time Senior Payroll Administrator will ensure accurate and timely payroll for all associates while serving as a trusted resource for payroll inquiries and compliance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage bi-weekly payroll processing, including garnishments, tax setup, adjustments, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational payroll regulations and manage payroll corrections
- Oversee timekeeping processes and provide training and guidance to managers and associates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6-10 years of payroll administration experience with senior-level responsibilities
- Deep expertise in end-to-end payroll processing and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
