Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst (Remote, US).

Key Responsibilities

• Support and improve payroll processes for accurate and timely payments to partners
• Identify and implement process improvements while maintaining documentation and compliance with laws
• Assist with payroll processing, analyze complex issues, and provide training to team members

Required Qualifications

• Experience with multi-state/provincial full cycle payroll processing
• Understanding of payroll components including garnishments and payroll taxes for the US and Canada
• Intermediate to advanced skills in payroll systems and Microsoft Suite
• Ability to mentor and train peers and payroll associates
• Strong analytical and technical skills with an emphasis on process improvement
