Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Conversion Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update, test, and implement new retirement plan file layouts and data file transmissions for new clients
• Assist in resolving questions or issues with plan sponsors and payroll vendors through conference calls and meetings
• Manage multiple projects for various clients, ensuring deadlines are met and providing exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with SQL functions
• 2+ years of experience in the financial industry with knowledge of retirement plan contributions
• Experience mapping client data files and translating data to record-keeping systems
• Experience working with retirement plan recordkeeping software and defined contribution plans
