Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing US and Canadian payroll components accurately and timely
• Collaborate with HR to develop best practices, resolve payroll tax inquiries, and record payroll journal entries
• Contribute to tax set-up of employees in stock compensation system and ensure compliance with state guidelines for terminated employees

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of progressive payroll experience
• Experience with employee stock compensation and non-US payroll
• Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley control testing, 401K/Safe Harbor, and multi-state taxation rules
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Workday
