Key Responsibilities

• Lead payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with employee pay, benefits, and taxes
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams for payroll reporting and tax compliance
• Review and recommend improvements to payroll policies and procedures for best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience
• Experience managing payroll for at least 2,100 employees in a multi-state environment
• Knowledge of statutory requirements related to payroll and multi-state tax
• Experience with third-party payroll processors
