Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to join their payroll team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process end-to-end multi-state payroll for approximately 600 employees in the U.S. and Canada
• Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll tax laws and process various tax requirements
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to optimize payroll processes and support system implementations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full cycle US multi-state and Canada payroll; global payroll experience is a plus
• 3+ years of experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Experience using Workday Payroll, HRIS, and Benefit modules
• Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and formulas
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
