Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst (Compliance & Accounting).

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll and manage payroll compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Support month-end close activities by preparing payroll-related reports and accounting entries
• Conduct payroll audits and collaborate with People Operations on payroll best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle, multi-state payroll processing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance including federal, state, and local taxes
• Proficient with ADP Workforce Now, Netsuite, Excel, and Google Suite
• Solid understanding of payroll accounting, reconciliations, and cost allocations
