Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to optimize payroll operations across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing for international employees and analyze payroll data for discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international tax requirements while advising leadership on compliance risks
• Design and implement payroll processes, lead process improvement initiatives, and maintain accurate payroll data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including 5+ years with U.S. and international payroll
• Workday Payroll certification or Certified Payroll Professional designation preferred
• Strong expertise in U.S. and international payroll tax compliance
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills and proven ability to manage complexity in a global payroll environment
