Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to join their Payroll team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, enter, and validate payroll/time transactions in the ADP GlobalView payroll system
• Partner with the Payroll vendor to execute payroll processing and conduct variance analysis
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies while providing support to employees and managers

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience with ADP GlobalView
• Technical payroll experience and knowledge of US & Canada payroll regulations
• Experience with Service Now case management or similar tools preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
