A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end biweekly payroll for 6,500+ employees, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Analyze payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and manage audits related to payroll
• Support process improvements and provide data-driven insights to enhance payroll operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in full-cycle timekeeping and payroll processing in the US/Canada
• Advanced proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Oracle Cloud HCM) and Excel
• Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Leadership skills and the ability to mentor/train team members
• Experience in both office and remote work environments
