Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to support end-to-end payroll operations and manage day-to-day payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute payroll processing in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Conduct in-depth payroll audits and analyze discrepancies to improve processes
• Provide high-level support for payroll inquiries and train team members on payroll best practices

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience processing multi-state payroll
• Strong working knowledge of payroll wage and hour laws and tax regulations
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (VLOOKUP, pivots, functions, etc.)
• Ability to maintain a thorough understanding of the payroll cycle
