Key Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and ensure compliance with regulations
• Analyze payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and manage audits
• Support process improvements and mentor incoming Payroll Analyst team members

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in US/Canada full-cycle payroll processing
• Advanced proficiency in payroll systems and Excel
• Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations
• Experience in mentoring or training team members
• Ability to work in an office or remote environment
