Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to join their Payroll Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage payroll calendars, validate timekeeping, and resolve complex payroll calculations and issues
• Support payroll-related audits and maintain payroll system integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of multi-state U.S. payroll processing and payroll tax experience
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll or Workday HCM with payroll processing responsibility
• Experience utilizing ADP Smart Compliance and ADP Tax
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with electronic timekeeping systems
