Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst responsible for overseeing payroll processing in the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Oversee payroll software systems and ensure they are updated and configured correctly
• Analyze payroll data to identify trends and generate reports for management decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and analysis
• Proficiency in UKG Pro payroll software or similar HRIS platforms is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance in the United States and Canada
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
