Job Summary

Supporting the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, the full-time Senior Global Payroll & Timekeeping Analyst will serve as a strategic lead and subject matter expert, ensuring operational integrity while driving continuous improvement initiatives in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary resource for HCM setup and maintenance, collaborating with HR and IT for process improvements
  • Oversee daily operations of the HCM Systems team, including maintenance, report requests, and data auditing
  • Review and implement system releases and upgrades, ensuring data integrity and providing timely audit data
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with relevant experience substitutable for education
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, and Advanced Compensation
  • Experience in supporting end users with Workday HCM functionalities
  • Prior experience in implementing new HRIS modules
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
