Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

To support accurate and compliant payroll processing, the remote Senior Payroll Analyst will manage payroll systems, ensure compliance with regulations, and mentor junior staff in a fixed-term capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain payroll systems and processes, ensuring accurate data collection and entry
• Execute end-to-end payroll operations while managing compliance with applicable laws and policies
• Prepare payroll reports and investigate discrepancies, providing reliable financial data to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing in a multi-state or multi-region environment
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with ADP payroll systems and HRIS platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data reconciliation
• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
