Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the remote Senior Payroll Analyst will manage the accurate processing of domestic and international payroll, ensure tax compliance, and serve as a subject matter expert on payroll operations using Rippling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for US employees, including validation of payroll inputs and configuration of payroll settings in Rippling
• Oversee international payroll processing and maintain compliance with country-specific regulations while coordinating with third-party vendors
• Review and ensure accurate payroll tax filings and manage employer tax accounts across jurisdictions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience, including multi-state US payroll
• Demonstrated experience with Rippling payroll administration
• Hands-on experience with employment tax filings across federal, state, and local jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of US payroll regulations, including FLSA and IRS withholding requirements
• Experience managing relationships with third-party payroll or EOR vendors for international employees
