Job Summary
Owning end-to-end payroll operations for the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, the full-time remote Senior Payroll Analyst will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing while resolving complex payroll issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and execute timely payroll for multiple countries, including off-cycle runs and corrective adjustments
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, managing tax registrations and year-end reporting
- Drive payroll process improvements and automation initiatives, partnering with internal teams and external vendors
Required qualifications
- Significant hands-on payroll experience for multi-state U.S. payroll and at least one additional AMER country
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll tax regulations and year-end reporting; familiarity with Canadian, Mexican, or Brazilian regulations preferred
- Experience working with ADP and other third-party payroll providers
- Solid understanding of accounting concepts related to payroll, including accruals and reconciliations
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reconciliations and variance analysis
