Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end payroll operations for the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, the full-time remote Senior Payroll Analyst will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing while resolving complex payroll issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and execute timely payroll for multiple countries, including off-cycle runs and corrective adjustments
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, managing tax registrations and year-end reporting
• Drive payroll process improvements and automation initiatives, partnering with internal teams and external vendors

Required qualifications

• Significant hands-on payroll experience for multi-state U.S. payroll and at least one additional AMER country
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll tax regulations and year-end reporting; familiarity with Canadian, Mexican, or Brazilian regulations preferred
• Experience working with ADP and other third-party payroll providers
• Solid understanding of accounting concepts related to payroll, including accruals and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reconciliations and variance analysis
