Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

To support global payroll operations, the full-time remote Senior Payroll Analyst will manage payroll processing across multiple entities, ensure compliance with international regulations, and collaborate with HR and Finance to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Process global payroll on time and with 100% accuracy while managing multiple payroll cycles
• Maintain compliance with international tax, social security, and retirement regulations, proactively updating payroll configurations as necessary
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to establish best practices and improve payroll processes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll administration, including international payroll across multiple entities
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with Rippling, MTH Numbers, or Vistra is a plus
• Knowledge of statutory payroll mechanics in various jurisdictions, including garnishments and social security
• Understanding of GDPR, ERISA, HIPAA, and other relevant regulatory issues preferred
• Experience with calculating and processing variable compensation, ensuring compliance with local regulations
