Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Owning and optimizing payroll and employee tax operations, the remote Senior Total Rewards Analyst will manage full-cycle payroll, lead pay and tax strategy for state expansions, and oversee leave administration for a company of 150-200 employees and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize full-cycle payroll, tax, and leave administration operations
• Create and execute compliant pay and leave processes in collaboration with employee managers
• Drive strategy and resolution for complex multi-state pay and tax compliance issues

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations, People Services, or Payroll
• 2+ years as the primary payroll point of contact
• 1+ years of experience in administering employee leaves
• Demonstrated expertise in payroll, employee taxes, and leave compliance
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and project management
