Job Summary

To support payroll operations, the full-time Senior Payroll Analyst will manage payroll processing and auditing using ADP GlobalView, ensuring compliance with multi-state regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process and audit payroll for a large automated environment supporting over 10,000 employees
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and payroll calculations

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree with relevant payroll experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with ADP GlobalView and multi-state payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance regulations
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Proficiency in troubleshooting payroll data and formula errors
