Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Proactively collaborating with internal business partners, the full-time remote Senior Payroll Analyst will manage complex payroll analysis, system automation, and data validation while improving payroll workflows and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the processing, validation, and review of automated payroll functions, including RSU and ESPP processing and payroll auditing
• Analyze payroll processing results using technology and data-driven controls to identify anomalies and improve accuracy
• Act as the primary point of contact for payroll data requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience in payroll-related responsibilities with a focus on process improvement through automation and data analysis
• CPP or FPC certification preferred
• Experience with Workday and ADP/Dayforce systems
• Strong understanding of payroll principles, compliance requirements, and advanced Excel skills
