Senior Payroll Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of end-to-end U.S. & International payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
• Manage tax compliance activities, including payroll tax filings, reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Lead payroll system implementations, including project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in payroll management with a focus on implementation
• Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, ADP SmartCompliance, and Workday
• Advanced Excel skills
