Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Associate (Remote) in the Ophthalmology department.

Key Responsibilities

• Advises departmental supervisors on payroll-related issues and processes payroll transactions
• Assists new employees with onboarding and maintains personnel and payroll-related files
• Ensures accuracy of payroll reports and administers academic bonus and faculty compensation plans

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• No specific certifications or professional licenses required
• Driver's license not required for this position
