Job Summary
Supporting the accurate and timely delivery of payroll, the full-time Senior Payroll Associate will manage recurring payroll processes, review payroll data for compliance, and resolve payroll-related inquiries while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process biweekly and semi-monthly multi-jurisdictional payrolls, including preparation, review, and issue resolution
- Review and audit payroll transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations
- Manage payroll inquiries and collaborate with internal teams and external providers on payroll-related audits and improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of payroll experience, particularly in multi-jurisdictional payrolls within a professional services environment
- Experience with Workday Payroll and Time Tracking is required
- Strong understanding of payroll practices and compliance regulations
- Certified Payroll Professional designation is preferred
