Senior Payroll Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Payroll and Labor Compliance Analyst will ensure payroll and labor processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards while conducting audits and preparing compliance reports.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor payroll operations for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with DCAA, FAR, SOX, and government contracting requirements
• Conduct audits of payroll, labor charging, and timekeeping records to identify discrepancies and compliance risks
• Prepare payroll, labor, and compliance reports for management and auditors, while maintaining strict confidentiality of payroll information

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• CPP certification
• 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in labor accounting or government contracting
• Knowledge of DCAA, FAR, SOX, and government contracting compliance requirements
• Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems such as Deltek Costpoint or ADP preferred
