Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Payroll Consultant (UKG/Global Payroll).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and map current US and Canada payroll operations
• Validate vendor scope and evaluate global payroll models
• Identify inefficiencies and support decision-making for payroll operations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll experience
• Experience with complex and/or global payroll environments
• Strong ability to assess processes and make strategic recommendations
• Experience with managed payroll services is preferred
• Exposure to ADP or global payroll providers is a plus
