Key Responsibilities

• Support payroll consulting engagements across various clients and industries
• Assist in assessing and improving client payroll processes and compliance
• Perform multistate payroll compliance reviews and support payroll tax activities

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of payroll experience, preferably in consulting or payroll functions
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and multistate regulations
• Experience with payroll tax forms and filings
• Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business, or related field
