Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Coordinator for a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll information and maintain payroll operations
- Manage workers compensation, involuntary deductions, and vendor payments
- Resolve payroll variances, support training, and perform other payroll coordinator duties
Required Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Finance related field preferred
- 3+ years of payroll, accounting, banking, operations, or clerical experience
- Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365 toolset, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work virtually under minimal supervision
