Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Coordinator for a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll information and maintain payroll operations
  • Manage workers compensation, involuntary deductions, and vendor payments
  • Resolve payroll variances, support training, and perform other payroll coordinator duties
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree in Finance related field preferred
  • 3+ years of payroll, accounting, banking, operations, or clerical experience
  • Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365 toolset, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work virtually under minimal supervision
