Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Service Delivery Lead (US).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the payroll advisory function, acting as the central authority on payroll legislation and its application across the business
• Interpret and translate complex payroll legislation into clear, actionable guidance for various teams
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex legislative matters and ensure compliance across Managed Services and Payroll Operations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on US payroll experience in a complex and multi-state environment
• Proven track record of owning payroll processes or service delivery frameworks
• Expert understanding of payroll compliance, risk, and audit requirements
• Experience in a fast-paced, scaling environment (SaaS and managed services preferred)
• Experience supporting or working with integrated payroll solutions (e.g., HRIS + payroll platforms) preferred
