Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll & HRIS Analyst to manage payroll and HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain UKG Dimensions and UKG Pro systems
• Develop and execute audit programs and system controls for compliance
• Lead HRIS project lifecycle including configuration and testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Payroll/HRIS emphasis preferred)
• 6+ years of progressive payroll and HRIS experience
• Expert-level configuration/administration of UKG Dimensions and UKG Pro
• Deep knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws
• Strong HRIS project management and system integration experience
