Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct payroll team for US multi-state and Canadian organizations
• Collaborate with various departments on payroll changes and policies
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, oversee audits, and manage payroll systems

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Ten (10) years in multistate and payroll supervisor/manager capacity
• Bachelor's degree and CPP accreditation
• Hands-on experience with Workday and HRIS systems
• Thorough understanding of payroll processes, policies, and risk mitigation
• Experience in resolving complex payroll matters and evaluating risks
