Senior Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and create a global payroll strategy for a 3500+ employee organization
• Oversee all global payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Develop and maintain relationships with country payroll providers and manage payroll-related financial activities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in multi-country payroll processing with a minimum of 15 years in a payroll organization
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in leading and managing teams
• Experience with outsourced payroll compliance vendors and payroll systems
• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• Preferred membership in a recognized Payroll Professional body
