Senior Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Payroll to lead and scale its global payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage global payroll operations, coordinating with third-party vendors across EMEA and APAC regions
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of bi-weekly and monthly payroll processes
• Partner with People Operations, Accounting, and Legal teams on compliance and cross-functional initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience, with international payroll exposure (EMEA/APAC preferred)
• Experience with equity-based payroll, including taxation of exercises and vesting
• Strong working knowledge of ADP systems (Workforce Now or equivalent)
• Private company payroll experience required, preferably in both private and public companies
• Prior people management or team leadership experience is strongly preferred
